The Leadership Team follows one simple mission:
We strive to make a meaningful difference in Frederick County and beyond by putting our values into action.
Key Rotary Club is entirely volunteer-led. Members elect fellow Frederick County Rotarians to serve in leadership roles such as Club President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Committee Chairs.
These leaders guide the club’s service projects, organize weekly meetings, support member engagement, and represent the club within the broader Rotary network. Leadership roles typically rotate annually, ensuring fresh perspectives while honoring Rotary’s long tradition of shared responsibility and community-driven decision-making.
Leadership changes each July. Club officers are supported by a Board of Directors, also elected by members, who help shape the strategic direction of the club.
